There is a daughter at home, my son and daughter-in-law are married, my younger son goes outside to earn. And I and my daughter go to the bungalow. Our financial condition is very bad. We said that you should come to the Nagrik Adhikar Manch office with your documents. Come to Ganeshi Bai Chaudhary office on 16/12/2022 and show your documents.
Work to be done-
First of all, after inspecting all the documents, it was understood the need to do the following work-
1. Getting Shrimati Ganeshi Bai’s name changed to Ganeshi Bai Chaudhary in her overall ID.
2. Linking the mobile number to the Aadhar card and bank account of Mrs. Ganeshi Bai Chaudhary.
3.To provide the benefit of widow pension under social security to Mrs. Ganeshi Bai Chaudhary.
Process – Dated 16/12/22, Widow pension form of Mrs. Ganeshi Bai Chaudhary, resident of Ravidas Nagar was filled. While filling the form, it came to light that Ganeshi Bai Choudhary’s bank account and mobile number in Aadhaar were not updated and in her total, Ganeshi Choudhary was written instead of Ganeshi Bai Choudhary.
On 20/12/22, Told Ganeshi Bai’s son on phone that your mother’s bank account and mobile number in Aadhaar are not updated and in the whole name is Ganeshi Bai, her full name has to be changed to Ganeshi Bai Choudhary.
On 28/12/22, she took the Municipal Corporation Jan No. 3 and got the mobile number updated in the Aadhar card of Ganeshi Bai and her full name changed to Ganeshi Bai Choudhary.
On 29/12/22, she went to Bank of Baroda to update the mobile number in Ganeshi Bai’s account. The bank employee told that the mobile number will be in the account by tomorrow.
Along with getting KYC done for Ganeshi Bai in Bank of Baroda on 11/1/23, information was also taken that the mobile number in Ganeshi Bai’s account has been updated.
On 16/1/23, when I went to Municipal Corporation Zone No. 3 to submit the application for widow pension, I was told by the scheme in-charge that you have to bring the applicant and bring him with his mobile, because OPT number will come in his mobile. Only then will the widow pension form be submitted.
On 19/1/23, we told Ganeshi Bai to come with us with her mobile and then we went to Municipal Corporation Rampur Zone No. 3. Submitted the application form to the computer operator there, after getting the OPT number, the computer operator told that another OPT will come but right now the server is down, I will call you and let you know.
When I went to Municipal Corporation Zone No. 3 on 31/1/23, the computer operator told me that it is still in process, I will call and inform you.
Date 10/2/23 Once again we went to Municipal Corporation Zone No. 3 and the computer operator told that Ganeshi Bai’s application has been approved and sent on 3/2/23. His pension will be implemented after one month.
Exactly three months later, on March 3, 2023, she went to Bank of Baroda and got her passbook entered, in which it was revealed that Ganeshi Bai Choudhary’s pension had started from the month of March. Regarding which, by calling Ganeshi Bai, she was called to the office of Civil Rights Forum and given the good news that your pension has arrived. Ganeshi Bai was very happy to hear this. He said that I was very worried, you people have helped me a lot, I asked whoever to get the pension made, at first they started asking for money but you people helped me without taking anything, thank you very much to all of you.
Result – By changing the name of Mrs. Ganeshi Bai Chaudhary in her Samagra ID, linking her mobile number to her Aadhar card and bank account, widow pension of Rs 600 per month was started under social security.
