A program was organized on the occasion of Constitution Day in the local community hall on 26/11/2023. President of Nagrik Adhikar Manch Pranab Kumar Bose and Advocate Rajendra Gupta were present as guests in the program. About 80 men and women from Ravidas Nagar, Ambeukar Nagar, Sanjay Nagar, Lal Kuo and Bagda Dafai were present in this program.At the beginning of the program, Dr. B. R. Ambedkar  Flowers were offered on the statue of Ambedkar ji and people present in the program were wished happy Constitution Day. Constitution based song was presented by Shiv Kumar ji. Lyrics of the song: Come together, we and you sing the tune of unity, we make the constitution. After this, Shivkumar ji told the people present in the program about the Preamble of the Constitution that it is written in the Preamble of the Constitution that we, the people of India, are committed to making India a completely sovereign, socialist, secular, democratic republic. The Constitution of India is the same for every citizen of India, irrespective of caste, religion or community. India is a democratic republic, by the people, there is law for the people and the leader of the country is elected by the people. The Constitution of India was passed by the members of the Constituent Assembly on 26 November 1949. It was implemented throughout India on 26 January 1950. The Constitution was made for all the people of the country so that all the people of the country get equal rights, no matter what caste or religion they belong to. But, we use the Constitution for our benefit. When a person has to avoid some crime. Then he uses the constitution. How much do we know and believe in the Constitution and how much do we live by it? While discussing this topic, Shivkumar ji told about Article 51 that duties were mentioned in Article 51. It is written in it that we will propagate scientific ideas in India. But every day we break our duties somewhere or the other and insult others. Come, know and live the Constitution. We are divided into castes. If we do not know the Constitution, we cannot become a good citizen because the Constitution gives us rights. Equality should be given to people of all castes and religions. Know and believe in the Constitution and implement it in life. It is necessary. Shiv Kumar ji, while explaining the meaning of freedom, said that freedom means freedom of all people to express their thoughts, freedom of worship, freedom to live life as per their wish without harming anyone. The Constitution gives us the freedom to practice religion and marry as per our wish, but at present this freedom is in danger. After this, a cultural Mhara Sahiba Ji Ghumar dance was presented by Yamini from the youth group. After this, the guest of the program Mr. Pramod Patel wished everyone a happy Constitution Day on 26th November. He told that the Constitution gives us rights. Gives you the right to express your thoughts. We can raise our voice for our rights. The Constitution gives us the power to stop wrong and immoral acts, the Constitution gives us the right to vote. Prevents from fighting in the name of sect. After this, Madhya Pradesh High Court spokesperson Rajendra Gupta told that before independence there was no constitution and everyone was running their own affairs. After independence, the process of making the constitution was started. So that a uniform legal process can be created for the benefit of everyone in the country. The Constitution has been made keeping in mind the interests of people of all communities. Ambedkar ji studied the constitutions of 60 countries so that there should not be any kind of discrimination in the constitution made for the country and the constitution should be the same for everyone. After this, a song on the Constitution was presented by Munnalal Suryavanshi whose lyrics were Agar Na Laate Baba Sahib Constitution. After this, Archana ji discussed with women about education that they should definitely get education for their children and girls. Education gives us strength. It helps us to live a better life in facing the problems that come in our life, makes us a good person. At the end of the program, the President of the organization Shri P.K.
