On 27 August 2023, a youth leadership workshop was organized under the aegis of Nagrik Adhikar Manch in the auditorium located at Madan Mahal. 30 youth from Polipathar and Cherital Damoh Naka were present in this workshop.

Through partner Shivkumar in the program, although four human values like justice, liberty, equality and fraternity have been adopted in the Preamble of the Constitution, today we will discuss here only on fraternity. You told that Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, while participating in the discussion in the Constituent Assembly, said that any ideal society will be based on equality, liberty and fraternity. You told that the incidents like Manipur that we are seeing today show that once again fraternity in the society is in danger, we will have to see its far reaching consequences in the future. In a society where brotherhood ends, freedom of expression, thought, religion and worship also comes under threat, because when there is no brotherhood in the society, people will not respect each other’s thoughts and customs. You youth will have to understand this and work for the expansion of social brotherhood.

Program partner Ajay’s youth were given information about the Right to Information Act 2005, in which he told that this Act was made by the Parliament incorporating the value of freedom in the Constitution, because the Parliament believed that it was necessary for the development of the country. What steps are being taken? How much money is being used for this? The public should have the freedom to get all this information, because governments use public money in all development work. Through the program Kahkashan Khanam, detailed information was provided to the youth about the features and nuances of the Right to Education Act 2009 and the New Education Policy 2020.At the end of the program, the youth formed their own organization “Constitution Awareness Forum” which will work for creating awareness of the Constitution among the youth in the society.In this program, Kaushal Chaudhary, Deeksha Yadav, Abhishek Chaudhary and Ed. were present on behalf of the organization. Youth like Kajal Chaudhary, Nisha Chaudhary, Anjali Chaudhary, Riya Chaudhary, Ryan Chaudhary and Sumil Ben etc. were present.
